Rules and Policies 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

No refunds 60 days or less before an event. 61+days in advance of event will receive 50% refund.

 

Foods Policy

 

All vendors selling food items must be in compliance with any county, state or federal laws including proper licenses and permits.

 

 

Trash Removal Policy

 

 

Vendors are required to haul away their trash at the end of the market. Vendor spaces should be clean when vendor departs for the day.

I agree to follow all market rules and I understand that this application relates only to the products and equipment listed herein and that any further products or equipment will require market master approval. I certify that the above are produced in accordance with all county, state and federal laws.

 

 

I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holland Town Center, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or facilities, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Releases or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
